I’ve asked myself these same questions over the years and discovered that understanding different personalities can be as simple as determining their shape. Circles, Squares, Triangles, and Squiggles are a quick, easy, and effective way to understand personality types and leverage those strengths for the benefit of your team.I would love to hear from you. What shape do you identify with the most and what shape value do you bring to the table?
